Yoga Nidra with Astra
Tuesdays 7:15pm - 8:00pm
A guided, lying down practice that supports deep rest, and nervous system downshifting. Through breath awareness, and gentle cues, the body is invited into a state of calm. Yoga Nidra supports relaxation, and recovery.
15 minutes of slow movement followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra meditation.
All levels welcome.
