Together We Flow - Yoga & Play with Astra

A movement class for adults, and children (6mo-4yr) to stretch, strengthen, and connect together.
Simple flows, and playful poses help build balance, body awareness, and shared presence.
45 minutes of movement followed by 15 minutes of play, and community connection.
All levels welcome.
